  Does it cost anything to sign up for Pinhole Pro?

  Becoming a Pinhole Pro Photographer is FREE. There is no sign-up charge or monthly fee. We both make money when your client places orders on PinholePress.com.

  What are Pinhole Pro products?

  Pinhole Pro offers the highest quality press products available to photographers and their clients including unique gifts such as photo day planners, calendars, cards, books, journals, and notepads.

  What is Pinhole Pro?

  Pinhole Pro is a free service for professional photographers that allows you to earn money when your clients buy products at Pinhole Press. When you sign up as a Pinhole Pro, you are given a unique link to Pinhole Press that you can share with your clients via email, blog or DVD. When your clients click your link to Pinhole Press or register at Pinhole Press with your photographer code, we know that they came to Pinhole Press because you recommended it. Then, when they upload images and design and pay for a product, you earn a commission on their order. Your clients make the products, you make the money.

  What is the difference between Pinhole Press and Pinhole Pro?

  Pinhole Press is a website where photographers and/or their clients can design and order high quality press products such as photo day planners, calendars, cards, books, journals and notepads.
  Pinhole Pro is a free service that offers photographers a link to Pinhole Press that allows them to earn a commission when their clients buy products at Pinhole Press.

  How do I learn how to copy and download my Pinhole Press link?

  You can watch our marketing videos to learn how to copy and download your Pinhole Press link from the account at Pinhole Pro. Check the Community section of Pinhole Pro for more information.

  Do I need to do anything to activate my account?

  When you sign up for Pinhole Pro you will create an account user name and password. When you log in at PinholePro.co.uk, you will fill out your account information including your bank routing and account information. This is how we pay you!

  How do I change my account information?

  You can change your account information by logging into PinholePro.co.uk.

  How do I change my photographer code?

  At this time, you cannot change your photographer code. In order to create a new code please register with a different email address.

  How do I recover my username and password?

  To recover your username or password please call customer service at 01482588037 or email [email protected].

  How do I see order information for clients using my Pinhole Pro photographer code?

  You have 24/7 access to your order information by logging into your account on PinholePro.com. You will see what clients order, what your royalty balance is and what payments have been made to your bank account.

  I forgot my username or password. What can I do?

  Send an email to [email protected] or call 01482588037.

  What if I forgot my photographer code?

  You can obtain your photographer code by logging into PinholePro.co.uk and signing into your account.

  Is my account at Pinhole Pro the same as my account at Pinhole Press?

  You must register separately at Pinhole Pro and at Pinhole Press. Once you have registered at each site, you will not have to register again.

• Royalty Information

  Do I only get a commission on orders that use my images?

  As long as your client is registered with your Pinhole Pro photographer code, you get a commission on any orders they place at Pinhole Press.

  Do my clients know that I am receiving a royalty from their order?

  We do not communicate to your customer that we are paying you royalties.

  Do my clients have to enter my Pinhole Pro code every time they visit PinholePress.com?

  If your client accesses Pinhole Press via your link, they do not have to enter your Pinhole Pro photographer code—it is pre-populated in their registration. Once your client enters your Pinhole Pro photographer code on PinholePress.com, your code is saved in their account and they do not have to re-enter your code.

  How do I get paid?

  You will get paid by direct deposit into your bank account. NOTE: You must enter, and keep current, your bank account information in your Pinhole Pro account otherwise payments may be delayed or may not happen.

  How long will I get a commission from my clients’ orders?

  You will continue to receive royalties from your customers for 12 months after they first use your code on Pinhole Press. After 12 months they will no longer be able to see the expanded product offering on PinholePress.com, however they do have the option of going back into their account to re-enter your code at which time they can re-access the professional products and you start receiving commissions again.

  What if a client already has a code from another photographer?

  Your client can change their photographer code on Pinhole Press if they enter a new photographer code when they log-in.

  When do I get paid?

  First, make sure your account information is up-to-date including your bank routing and account number. If you have reached royalty earning of at least $50, We will direct deposit royalties earned from the prior month into your account by the third business day of the month. If your royalties have not reached the $50 threshold they will remain in your account until the next payment period. All royalties earned through December 31st will be paid out in January even if the $50 threshold was not met.

  What are the royalty payments on orders?

  Royalties are paid at two tiers. The professional product line that is unlocked using your photographer code pays a 20% royalty. Pinhole Press products pay a 10% royalty. All royalties are paid on product sales and do not include tax or shipping charges.

  Can I give my Pinhole Press Link to anyone?

  Yes. Our goal is to offer beautiful products that help grow your brand and client base. We would encourage you to send the code to past customers and hand it out freely.

  Can I have the product with my brand?

  At this time, the only brand that we can put on the products is Pinhole Press. The products on Pinhole Press that are available only to customers logging in with a photographer’s code are unbranded.

  Can I order products from Pinhole Press and sell them to my customer?

  Yes, you can order products on PinholePress.com and resell them to your clients. Most products at PinholePress.com do have the Pinhole Press logo. The wedding collection products do not have a logo.

  How are Pinhole Press products made?

  We print all of our press products on an HP Indigo. We print on Mohawk i-Tone papers that are manufactured using 100% windpower.

  Is the product branded?

  All products that are only available to customers logging in with a photographer’s code are unbranded. These products are found under the title “professional” in the product menu on the left-hand side of Pinhole Press. All products available without a photographer’s code PinholePress.com will carry the Pinhole Press brand.

  What are your customer support hours?

  What photo formats does PinholePress.com support?

  Pinhole Press currently supports JPEG and PNG in the sRGB color space.

  What products are available on Pinhole Press?

  PinholePress.com offers an array of photo products such as cards, books, calendars, pads, framed prints, brag books, journals, agendas, guest books and more.

  Pinhole Press is a United States based company. All products shipped in the United Kingdom are also printed in the United Kingdom.
